We are seeking a proactive Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in English to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and IT-related positions.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, network/security engineers, IT support, presales engineers, etc.).
  • Source candidates using multiple channels.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews in both French and English to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical talent for future openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must.
  • Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is a Plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
