Our client Big Entities is looking for Technical Writer in Lahore.

Job Description

Timings: 1 PM- 10 PM

Location: DHA Phase 3 Lahore

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team in a full-time, in-person capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology and communication. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with a foundational understanding of technical documentation and the eagerness to grow in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain user manuals, guides, and online help systems.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand product features and ensure accurate and thorough documentation.
• Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, and coach non-writers on ways to improve their writing.
• Research and build knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented.
• Revise documents as new issues arise or as changes are made to the product.
• Use technology and authoring tools to produce high-quality documentation in a timely fashion.
• Ensure all written materials meet established style guidelines and standards.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and distill complex technical information into clear and concise documentation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of software development and engineering principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with documentation tools such as Adobe Acrobat and content management systems.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in technical writing or a related field, with a portfolio of writing samples.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
