Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Field Technician to install, service, and maintain scent diffuser systems at client locations across the UAE. The ideal candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license and be comfortable with fieldwork at hotels, malls, offices, and spas.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission scent diffuser machines at client sites
• Perform routine maintenance, fragrance refilling, and troubleshooting
• Maintain service logs, inventory usage, and maintenance reports
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for new installations and renewals
• Respond promptly to service calls, complaints, and emergency breakdowns
• Collect client feedback during service visits and report issues to management
• Maintain cleanliness and professional conduct at client premises

Requirements & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Field Technician or Service Technician
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, basic electronics, and equipment maintenance
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Preferred Experience

• Experience in scent diffuser systems, HVAC-connected machines, or aroma marketing
• Prior work exposure in hotels, spas, malls, or commercial buildings
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules
