As the Technology Lead for BANK Data Localisation, you will spearhead the design, implementation, and migration of mission-critical applications and integrations in compliance with local data requirements. You will serve as a key technical authority, guiding cross-functional teams through the modernisation and localisation of enterprise platforms, ensuring regulatory adherence, robust interfacing, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and migration of MS Dynamics CRM, ensuring full alignment with Bank data localisation policies and business processes.
- Design, develop, and oversee the integration of regulatory and third-party applications, delivering seamless, secure, and high-performance interfaces.
- Architect and manage the deployment of supporting enterprise applications, including but not limited to Collections Applications, Reconciliation Systems, Statements and Advices platforms, and Document Management Systems.
- Supervise the design and maintenance of Middleware and microservices frameworks to enable agile, scalable, and resilient enterprise solutions.
- Implement and optimise Workflow Applications to streamline business operations, approvals, and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT, regulatory bodies, and external vendors to ensure compliance and drive successful project delivery.
- Ensure all systems and integrations maintain the highest standards of security, auditability, and regulatory compliance as per Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise IT architecture with a focus on performance, scalability, and future-readiness.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven expertise in the implementation and migration of MS Dynamics CRM solutions and other enterprise applications, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Hands-on experience in integrating regulatory and third-party applications, with strong knowledge of enterprise APIs, web services, and data exchange protocols.
- Deep understanding of supporting enterprise applications, such as Collections, Reconciliation, Statements and Advices, Document Management Systems, Middleware, and Workflow Applications.
- Demonstrated experience in the design and deployment of Middleware and microservices architectures.
- Track record of delivering complex technology transformation projects in highly regulated environments.
- Prior experience working in the Middle East, with comprehensive knowledge of Bank data localisation, regulatory standards, and SAMA guidelines.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide technology teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in MS Dynamics CRM, Middleware technologies, or Oracle Cloud.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
