Tele caller

We are seeking a dedicated and well-spoken Tele caller to join Nakshathra Jewellery head office team in Dubai. The primary responsibility will be to follow up with the customers and remind them about their ongoing scheme payments, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining strong customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Call customers to remind them about upcoming or pending gold scheme payments.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding their installment dates, amounts, and benefits.
• Maintain and update daily call logs and customer feedbacks.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers and promote trust in the brand.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for scheme-related updates.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam, Hindi & English.
• Basic computer knowledge(MS Excel, data entry).
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, preferred in jewellery or retail.
• Candidates must possess Own Visa.
