Tele Caller & Team Leader

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Tele caller- Team Lead to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and generating leads for our construction projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services, ongoing projects, and offers.
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales or site visit teams.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information in a professional manner.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update call records.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
• Gather feedback from clients and report to management for improvement.

Team Handing , Report Management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tele caller, telesales representative, or similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent in English and local language).
• Confident and persuasive with the ability to handle rejection.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to understand basic details about construction projects.
