Job Description:
HeqcIndia Pvt. Ltd., a leading construction company, is looking for enthusiastic Telecallers with experience in the construction or real estate sector. The role involves engaging with potential clients, providing information about our projects, and supporting the sales and marketing teams with lead generation and customer follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our construction and real estate services.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert leads into site visits or sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update client databases and call records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and client meetings.
• Provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction or real estate telecalling/sales.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge preferred.
• Positive attitude, persuasive communication, and customer-focused approach.
