Tele Marketing

• Proactively research and identify potential clients using online directories, social media , real estate portals, and other resources.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers .
• Pitch HVAC installation, maintenance and repair services to (B2B) Clients and promote retail home appliances to individual consumers (B2C)
• Identify customer needs and suggest them our services accordingly
• Set appointments for sales representatives
• Accurately log all call details, update customer records, and track lead status using our Odoo ERP
• Follow up on leads and previous inquiries to convert them into confirmed appointments
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments set.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service.
• Experience in Similar industry is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable using computers. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, persuasive, target-driven, and resilient.
• Language Native Arabic Speaker
