Tele Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our healthcare center.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilizing effective elimination methods to filter prospects, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.

* Collaborating with the in-house team to coordinate treatment plans and facilitating conference calls with doctors as needed.

* Timely communication with leads and adept prioritization of assigned contacts.

* Make outbound calls to leads and explain healthcare services/packages.

* Handle inbound inquiries and provide proper information.

* Generate appointments for consultation / health check-ups.

* Maintain daily call records and update CRM system.

* Follow up with interested customers for conversion.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Build and maintain good relationships with patients.

* Coordinate with doctors / front desk team for appointment scheduling.

Requirements:

* 3–6 years experience in Tele Sales / Tele Calling

* Good communication skills (English )

* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM)

* Ability to work on targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rs Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
