Tele sales executive

Job Title: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Visa: Own Visa Mandatory

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our business consultancy services. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, persuasive, and capable of converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads
  • Promote and sell our services such as:
  • Business Setup (Mainland & Freezone)
  • Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • VAT & Corporate Tax Services
  • Audit, AML, ISO, ICV, Bank Account Opening, etc.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services
  • Explain service benefits clearly and professionally
  • Follow up with interested leads and close sales
  • Maintain proper call records and update CRM / lead sheet
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for deal closures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam is an advantage)
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of UAE business services is a plus
  • Own valid UAE visa is mandatory
