Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, referrals, and database mining.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for field sales teams if needed.
- Sales Conversion
- Present freight forwarding services (air, sea, customs clearance, warehousing) to prospective clients.
- Negotiate rates and service terms within company guidelines.
- Close sales and ensure proper documentation and onboarding.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to upsell or cross-sell services.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance updates.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- Experience-2–3 years in telesales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
- Excellent verbal and written English or other regional languages a plus
