Tele Sales Executive (Male Only)

Job Overview

We are seeking confident, energetic, and experienced Male Tele Sales Executives to join our dynamic team at Shaadi.org.pk (DHA Branch).
The ideal candidates will handle client consultations, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into successful paid memberships through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Conduct initial consultations to explain our services and membership plans.
• Follow up on leads, maintain client records, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Provide detailed product information and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the internal team to enhance client experience and service quality.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service.
• Gender: Male only.
• Age: 28 years or above.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and typing speed.
• Must be confident, disciplined, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Rs. 75,000 – 150,000 per month (based on education, experience, and performance during interview, test, and training)

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-Time)
