Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join our growing team as Tele Sales Executives (Marriage Consultants) and Chat Support Executives.
The ideal candidates will engage with potential clients, provide consultations, and guide them through the process to convert leads into paid clients.

Key Responsibilities

Tele Sales Executives:

• Engage with potential clients via phone.
• Conduct initial consultations and explain available services.
• Convert leads into paid clients through professional communication.

Chat Support Executives:

• Generate leads via social media and online platforms.
• Respond to client inquiries through chat support.
• Guide clients through the service process and close sales.

Requirements

• Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s or above).
• Experience:
• 2+ years for Executive position
• Age 28+
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and typing speed.
• Energetic, extroverted, and mentally strong personality.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Rs. 75,000 – 150,000 per month (based on education, experience, interview, test, demo & training performance)
• Allowances: Food, Medical, Conveyance
• Attractive Commission Structure
