Position Overview

We are looking for a Tele Sales Representative to join our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic communicator with a passion for sales and a keen interest in HSE and Business Process Excellence services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce BGMC’s HSE and BPE services
• Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up
• Build and maintain a database of potential clients
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
• Maintain call records and report performance to the supervisor
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Confident in handling outbound sales calls
• Goal-driven and comfortable working with targets
• Basic knowledge of HSE, ISO, or business process improvement is a plus
• Prior telemarketing experience is advantageous, but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
