Tele Sales Specialist– Tourism Packages

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Specialist to join our team in promoting and selling tourism packages. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for the travel and tourism industry. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Present, promote, and sell tourism packages (holiday packages, group tours, customized trips, etc.).
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable travel solutions.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and bookings.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Stay updated on company products, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele sales / call center sales (experience in tourism/travel sales is a plus).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to handle objections.
  • Basic knowledge of tourism packages, destinations, and travel products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
