Job description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide relevant information.
  • Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into customers.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, concerns, and market trends to the management.
  • Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a tele caller, telesales representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • High level of patience, professionalism, and customer service focus.
  • Preferably Female
