We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing Plus UAE’s services, and arranging appointments for our business consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients (UAE and international companies targeting Abu Dhabi market).
  • Present and promote company registration, compliance, and P.R.O services professionally and persuasively.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and follow-ups in Zoho CRM.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
  • Follow up with warm leads from exhibitions, LinkedIn campaigns, and inbound inquiries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telemarketer / Telesales Executive in the UAE (preferred in Business Setup, P.R.O, or similar service industry).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho experience is an advantage).
  • Strong ability to handle objections and convert conversations into qualified leads.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
