Telemarketer / Telesales Representative

Express Courier Link is a fast-growing courier and logistics company, committed to providing reliable, efficient, and cost-effective delivery solutions. To expand our customer base and strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated Telemarketer / Telesales Representative to join our dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce courier services and generate new business opportunities.
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries, converting them into sales where possible.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Explain service features, pricing, and benefits to customers clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain an accurate database of leads, prospects, and follow-up actions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide after-sales support and handle basic customer service queries.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a customer service role (experience in courier/logistics industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong hold of English and Urdu.
• Ability to work with sales targets and perform under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Honest, disciplined, and professional attitude.
