Telemarketing Executive – Kitchen Equipment Trading

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our team in the Kitchen Equipment Trading industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, following up on inquiries, and promoting our kitchen equipment products and services over the phone to potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote kitchen equipment products and services.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Build and maintain a database of leads and customer contacts using CRM tools.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and pending deals.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Achieve monthly call and conversion targets set by management.
  • Gather market and customer information to support marketing campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
