About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to call potential clients, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales team. You will be working with businesses seeking Website Development, Digital Marketing, and IT services.

This is a performance-driven role with attractive commissions and growth opportunities for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists.
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs, interest level, and budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying clients to earn commissions.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance KPIs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of telemarketing, cold calling, or inside sales experience (preferably in IT, Marketing, or Web Development).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Compensation

Rs 30,000 - 50,000 + Commission + Bonuses

Shift Timings: Monday – Friday, 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM PST (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
