Telemarketing Sales

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain and update client database and records.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills for CRM and reporting purposes.
