Job Title: Telemarketing Sales Agent (Night Shift) – Digital Marketing Campaign

Location: Building No, 530-A, Near Jinnah Hospital, Faisal Town, Lahore.

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Job Type: Full -Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telemarketing Sales Agents to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to international clients (USA-based campaign), pitching digital marketing services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the USA market
• Promote and sell digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, etc.)
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Collaborate with team members and management for performance improvement
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven experience in telemarketing, call center, or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent English communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work in night shift (USA campaign)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
