Sales Executive – US Construction Estimation
Location: Wapda Town Phase 1, Lahore
Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Telemarketing Specialists to join our US Construction Estimation campaign. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in U.S. construction estimation, outbound sales, and a strong understanding of the B2B sales process within the U.S. construction industry.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach) to identify and qualify potential construction clients in the U.S.

Present and pitch construction estimation services to decision-makers such as contractors, builders, and developers.

Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Communicate directly with clients via phone, chat, and Skype to gather project requirements and manage expectations.

Collaborate with the estimation team to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.

Analyze client needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to develop effective sales strategies.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Prepare regular progress, performance, and sales reports.

Use tools such as Apollo, Google My Business (GMB), and other prospecting platforms for lead generation.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements

1–3 years of proven experience in U.S. construction estimation and/or B2B sales targeting U.S.-based clients.

Strong knowledge of U.S. construction practices, materials, and cost structures.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Familiarity with U.S. business culture and decision-making processes.

Strong negotiation, closing, and client management skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales outreach platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo).

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
