Sales Executive – US Construction Estimation

Location: Wapda Town Phase 1, Lahore

Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Experience Required: 1–3 Years


About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Telemarketing Specialists to join our US Construction Estimation campaign. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in U.S. construction estimation, outbound sales, and a strong understanding of the B2B sales process within the U.S. construction industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach) to identify and qualify potential construction clients in the U.S.
  • Present and pitch construction estimation services to decision-makers such as contractors, builders, and developers.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Communicate directly with clients via phone, chat, and Skype to gather project requirements and manage expectations.
  • Collaborate with the estimation team to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Analyze client needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare regular progress, performance, and sales reports.
  • Use tools such as Apollo, Google My Business (GMB), and other prospecting platforms for lead generation.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in U.S. construction estimation and/or B2B sales targeting U.S.-based clients.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. construction practices, materials, and cost structures.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with U.S. business culture and decision-making processes.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales outreach platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
