We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telemarketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, setting appointments, and closing sales for clients. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, fluent in English, and skilled in managing high-volume calls while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to B2B prospects.
- Promote company services and pitch tailored solutions based on client needs.
- Generate and qualify leads for internal teams or direct sales closing.
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle objections with confidence.
- Follow up on leads through phone, email, or CRM systems.
- Initiate engaging conversations with C-suite and senior executives to introduce our tech solutions.
- Schedule qualified meetings or demos for Business Development Managers or Account Executives.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and call logs.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs (calls, conversions, appointments, revenue).
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, estimation, customer service).Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in telemarketing, telesales, appointment setting, or lead generation (UK/USA campaigns preferred).
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals, handle objections, and influence customer decisions.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English; a British or neutral accent is highly preferred.
- Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and call management software.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts (e.g., 5 PM – 2 AM) for international markets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
