Telephone Operator

IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT!!!

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Telephone Operator to manage incoming and outgoing calls and provide accurate information to callers while maintaining excellent service standards.

JOB TITLE: Telephone Operator

JOB TYPE: Full Time

WORKING HOURS: 08 hours/day

LOCATION: (Doha) Qatar

PAY RANGE: To be discussed

LANGUAGE: English (Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
• Transfer calls to the appropriate departments
• Provide accurate information to callers
• Maintain call logs and records
• Ensure high-quality customer service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work in shifts
