Telephone Sales Representative / Client Intake Specialist

Paré & Associates, LLC is a well-established law firm with 30+ years serving Maryland. Our practice areas include Family Law, Bankruptcy, Civil Litigation, and Trust & Estates. As our firm grows, we are looking for high-performing sales professionals who can convert inbound leads into clients.

The Role

This is a telephone sales position, not a receptionist role.

You will speak with prospective clients, understand their legal needs, and convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations and retained cases. Success in this role requires confidence, persuasion, and strong closing ability.

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 12 PM – 8 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 4 PM

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from potential clients
  • Qualify leads and convert calls into consultations
  • Clearly explain legal services and next steps
  • Build trust quickly and close clients over the phone
  • Enter accurate client information in the firm’s CRM
  • Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to onboard new cases

Requirements

  • 2+ years telephone sales or call center sales experience
  • Proven ability to close sales over the phone
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
