• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products/services and generate sales leads.
• Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product details, updates, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the relevant departments for service improvement.
