We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to generate sales through outbound and inbound telephone calls. The role involves engaging potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, promoting products or services, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales inquiries
  • Present, promote, and sell company products or services over the phone
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Qualify leads and assess customer interest and buying potential
  • Handle customer objections professionally and effectively
  • Close sales and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Comply with company policies, sales procedures, and legal regulations
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Work Environment

  • Office-based or remote telesales role
