Position: Female Tele sales Coordinator
Department: Sales / Pre-Sales
Location: Coimbatore
Work Mode: Office
Experience: 3–10 Years

Role Overview

The Voice Process Associate will manage inbound and outbound calls for lead verification, customer engagement, and site-visit scheduling. The role requires strong communication and persuasion skills to convert leads into site visits and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Verification

  • Call newly generated leads from social media, portals, referrals, and events.
  • Verify customer details and buying intent.
  • Understand requirements (budget, preferred location, type of property).
  • Qualify leads and update CRM.

Customer Communication

  • Explain project details clearly — pricing, amenities, location, benefits.
  • Handle customer doubts professionally and build rapport.
  • Share brochures, videos, and project location links when needed.

Site Visit Coordination

  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed site visits.
  • Schedule appointments with customers and sales executives.
  • Send SMS/WhatsApp confirmation and reminders.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth visit flow.

Follow-Up Management

  • Follow up with warm leads regularly.
  • Nurture cold leads with offers, updates, and project news.
  • Maintain a structured follow-up cycle.

Reporting

  • Maintain call logs, follow-up notes, and site-visit data.
  • Share daily & weekly reports with team leader/manager.
  • Track conversions from lead → visit → booking.

Required Skills

  • Good communication in Tamil & English.
  • Telecalling or customer service experience.
  • Strong persuasion and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle objections smoothly.
  • Basic computer skills + CRM usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
