About Us

We are an established online psychology and counselling clinic providing professional mental-health services, assessments, and therapy sessions to clients globally. Our work is grounded in ethical practice, evidence-based psychology, and long-term client care rather than aggressive sales.

We are now looking for a Tele Sales Agent who can engage with enquiries professionally, educate potential clients about our services, and convert genuine leads into booked sessions with empathy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients who have shown interest in our services
• Explain counselling, therapy, and assessment services clearly and ethically
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate service packages
• Follow up on warm leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
• Book appointments and coordinate with clinical teams
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups
• Meet realistic monthly booking and conversion targets
• Represent the clinic with professionalism, sensitivity, and confidentiality

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in tele-sales, call centre sales, or client acquisition (healthcare or services preferred)
• Excellent spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
• Familiarity with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and basic computer tools
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Ethical mindset – no hard selling or pressure tactics

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in healthcare, psychology clinics, wellness, or education services
• Understanding of counselling or mental-health services
• Experience selling consultation-based or subscription services

Compensation

• Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
• Commission: Paid per successful booking / conversion
• Bonuses for consistent performance

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
