Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive with experience in the Dubai real estate market. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating property listings, contacting property owners and negotiating listing opportunities. This role plays a key part in expanding our inventory of properties available for sale and rent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to property owners to generate new sale and rental listings.
• Build and maintain a strong database of property owners and potential clients.
• Negotiate with property owners regarding property pricing, rental rates, and listing agreements.
• Maintain regular communication with property owners to build long-term relationships.
• Work closely with the sales and leasing teams to meet monthly listing and lead generation targets.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Follow up with property owners to secure exclusive and non-exclusive listings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry (mandatory).
• Strong communication and telesales skills with a confident phone presence.
• Ability to generate listings and set quality appointments.
• Fluency in English is required, additional languages are an advantage (Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, etc.).
• Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and listing portals (preferred).
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
