Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Location: Barasat, North 24 Parganas (Preferred areas: Madhyamgram, New Barrackpur, Duttapukur, Kajipara, Bamungachi, and entire Barasat region)

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves outbound calling, promoting products/services, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services and generate sales over the phone.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers for repeat business.
  • Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales.
  • Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
  • Work towards company sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales/telecalling (experience certificate required).
  • Qualification: H.S (Higher Secondary) & Above.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
  • Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
  • Candidates from Barasat, Madhyamgram, New Barrackpur, Duttapukur, Kajipara, Bamungachi and nearby areas are preferred.
