Job Title: Telesales Agent (Female Only)

About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telesales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant voice, excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), and a proven ability to engage potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Present and promote company products/services clearly and persuasively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain an accurate record of calls and sales in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female (mandatory)
• Language: Excellent English communication skills with a clear, pleasant voice; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience: 2–3 years of telesales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
