Telesales Executive

Position Title: Telesales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing

Role Overview

The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and meeting/exceeding sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Answer inbound calls, address inquiries, and provide product/service information.
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue, etc.).
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending customer decisions.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to company sales scripts, policies, and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to team performance by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
  • Knowledge of the industry/product line is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.

Salary Range b/w : AED 2500 to AED 3000 (+ Attractive Incentive)
