Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales.
  • Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
  • Manage and update customer databases, call logs, and CRM records.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with interested leads to close sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute campaigns.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure adherence to sales scripts, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
