Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Sales Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers to present products and services, highlight special offers, and persuade them to buy.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls, answer customer questions, and provide information about products and services.
  • Lead Management: Identify new sales opportunities by generating leads and following up on them to ensure conversion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Take and process customer orders accurately.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activity, and customer information in the company's CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to make informed recommendations.
  • Reporting: Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
