Job Summary

We are looking for a confident female Telesales Executive with a pleasant, sweet voice and strong communication skills to handle outbound calls with landlords. The role focuses on introducing our services, building relationships, and converting leads into partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to landlords and property owners

- Introduce and explain company services clearly and professionally

- Build and maintain good relationships with landlords

- Follow up on leads and inquiries

- Achieve call and conversion targets

- Update call records and lead status

Requirements

- Female candidate

- Sweet and pleasant speaking voice

- Good talker with strong persuasion skills

- Confident, friendly, and professional on the phone

- Experience in telesales, real estate, or customer service is an advantage

Salary & Commission

- Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500

- Commission: Basic commission structure

- Final package depends on interview performance and experience
