Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential customers who have shown interest in personal or business loans through our online campaigns.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly and confidently.
• Collect basic information, such as income, bank name, and existing loan details for eligibility verification.
• Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp for document collection and loan file completion.
• Update lead details and call status regularly in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal team and partner NBFCs for loan processing updates.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for leads contacted, interested customers, and disbursals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in BFSI telecalling / DSA / NBFC / credit card or loan process preffered.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly tone on calls.
• Basic understanding of personal loans, business loans, or the lending process.
• Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel / WhatsApp Business for daily updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
