Telesales Executive

We are hiring an experienced Telesales Executive for a fast-growing crypto and fintech company. The ideal candidate will have strong sales communication skills, experience in telecalling / inside sales, and the ability to close leads efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound sales calls to potential customers
• Promote crypto and fintech products clearly and confidently
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Telesales Executive / Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive
• Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and English (multilingual candidates preferred)
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
• Basic understanding of crypto, blockchain, or fintech (preferred but not mandatory)
