We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our Training Division in Karachi. The role involves promoting training programs, generating leads, and converting prospects into participants through effective communication and follow-up.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to promote ISO, HSE, and Soft Skills Training programs.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of B2C and B2B clients through consistent outreach.
  • Handle inquiries, explain course details, and guide participants through the registration process.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel sheets.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned training courses.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for promotional campaigns and scheduled sessions.
  • Represent the organization during university visits, job fairs, and seminars when required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in training, education, or certification services (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident in client handling and telephonic interactions.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and energetic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
