About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive to drive personal vehicle leasing sales. The ideal candidate will be skilled in outbound communication, understanding customer needs, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Acquisition

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads to promote personal leasing solutions.
  • Present and explain vehicle leasing packages, pricing models, tenure options, and value‑added services.
  • Assess customer requirements, budget, and usage to recommend the most suitable leasing plan.
  • Close leasing agreements and consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Engagement & Follow-Up

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, quotations, and contracts in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to resolve queries, provide updated offers, and drive deal conversions.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the leasing lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, operations, and support teams to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of applications, documentation, and vehicle delivery.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Use MS Office and other sales tools effectively for reporting, documentation, and tracking customer pipelines.
  • Ensure all processes comply with company policies, guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Head of Department.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, telesales, business development, or customer acquisition (preferably in automotive or leasing industry).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a target-driven environment.
  • Professional, confident, and customer-centric approach.
  • Flexibility with shifts and overtime as required by business needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
