About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive to drive personal vehicle leasing sales. The ideal candidate will be skilled in outbound communication, understanding customer needs, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads to promote personal leasing solutions.
- Present and explain vehicle leasing packages, pricing models, tenure options, and value‑added services.
- Assess customer requirements, budget, and usage to recommend the most suitable leasing plan.
- Close leasing agreements and consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Engagement & Follow-Up
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, quotations, and contracts in the CRM system.
- Follow up with interested prospects to resolve queries, provide updated offers, and drive deal conversions.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the leasing lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, operations, and support teams to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of applications, documentation, and vehicle delivery.
Reporting & Compliance
- Use MS Office and other sales tools effectively for reporting, documentation, and tracking customer pipelines.
- Ensure all processes comply with company policies, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Head of Department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, business development, or customer acquisition (preferably in automotive or leasing industry).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Professional, confident, and customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility with shifts and overtime as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
