Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new sales leads and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Lead Management:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the aesthetic industry through cold calling, follow-up, and lead nurturing.
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients to introduce and sell aesthetic products and services.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their business objectives and customer demands.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and personalized attention.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and resolve them promptly.
- Target Achievement & Reporting:
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and sales outcomes to the Sales Manager.
- Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in telesales
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Other Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
