Telesales Executive

A telecaller in the construction material industry acts as the crucial link between suppliers/manufacturers and clients (builders, contractors, architects, property owners). The role focuses on selling construction materials (steel, cement, paint, tiles, etc.), generating leads, handling inquiries, and coordinating sales.

  • Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Initiating calls to construction firms, contractors, and engineers to promote materials, discuss requirements, and generate sales.
  • Product Inquiry Handling: Answering incoming queries regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and technical details (e.g., strength of cement, types of steel).
  • Following Up on Leads: Systematically following up on leads generated through digital campaigns, site visits, or cold calls to close deals.
  • CRM Data Management: Maintaining an accurate database of clients, including call notes, purchase history, and follow-up schedules in a CRM tool.
  • Meeting Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly KPIs related to call volume, leads generated, and sales conversion rates.
  • Relationship Management: Building rapport with procurement managers and site supervisors to ensure repeat business.
  • Order Processing: Assisting with taking, processing, and tracking product orders, ensuring timely delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
