Telesales Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 Years in Real Estate Telesales (Only Experienced Candidates)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive with prior experience in the real estate industry. The candidate must have strong communication skills and a proven track record in handling property sales through telecalling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data.
  • Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial projects.
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Follow up with existing and new leads regularly.
  • Maintain and update customer database in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle client objections and close deals over calls.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of real estate Telesales experience (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Good knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market preferred.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM handling preferred).

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate telecalling/sales.

  • Best in Industry + Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
