Telesales Executive

A Tele Sales Executive in an interior designer company drives revenue by acquiring, managing, and closing project-based leads (e.g., wall panels, wallpapers, louvers, decors etc). Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting product description, preparing quotations, and coordinating with inventory/operation teams to ensure project satisfaction and sales targets.

Working Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Handle online inquiries & walk-in customers, converting prospects into projects.
  • Client Consultation: Meet clients to understand their vision, budget, and requirements for interior projects.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance, manage the CRM, and report on targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–5 years of online calling experience in interior sales, modular furniture, or building materials, educational institutions, credit card session etc.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design trends, materials, and modular solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Education: Any Degree/ Diploma

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
