Telesales Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, promoting our products and services, and converting leads into sales opportunities. You will be expected to build strong relationships with prospects, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
• Identify and qualify leads to build a sales pipeline.
• Maintain a high volume of calls while ensuring the quality of each interaction.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions that match their requirements.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions to potential customers.
• Maintain detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in tele-sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and basic office tools (Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
