Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional who will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward the right solutions. This role focuses on building strong relationships, generating business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth through effective communication and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective customers to introduce company products/services.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound interactions.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to convert prospects into successful business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Update client interactions and sales activities in CRM/software.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
  • Freshers & experienced both can apply.
  • Prior experience in customer handling / business development is a plus.
