We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive who can generate new business leads through outbound calls, social media inquiries, and ad responses. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with business owners, explaining digital marketing and design services, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients generated through ads, campaigns, or lead lists.
  • Explain the company’s digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design services in detail.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from ad campaigns and follow up consistently.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of potential and existing clients.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development / Sales team.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing and design teams for client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate call and lead records using CRM or spreadsheets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or client acquisition (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing terms (like SEO, social media marketing, branding, etc.)
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools, Google Sheets, and email communication.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in finding new clients.
