Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
• Handle inbound inquiries regarding slimming and wellness programs.
• Explain clinic services, treatment benefits, packages, and offers clearly.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for the clinic.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads to improve conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client data.
• Achieve monthly targets for appointments and enrollments.
• Coordinate with clinic team to ensure smooth client handover.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
