Telesales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in sales or customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through effective communication and persuasive sales skills.

This role involves connecting with HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers to promote our OpenHR SaaS platform — a modern solution for HR automation, recruitment management, and workforce productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, references, and follow-ups.
  • Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales closures.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest the best product package or solution.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for campaigns and client feedback.
  • Handle objections effectively and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for renewals and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience (preferably B2B or SaaS domain).
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Strong command over English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce).
  • Target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Good understanding of SaaS / HR tech products is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or software sales will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with sales automation and lead management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
